With its advanced WiFi connectivity, downloading and sharing footage has never been easier

The X9 features built-in Wi-Fi and can be easily connected to your smartphone via the “Jarviscam” mobile app (available for both iOS and Android), allowing you to operate the dash cam’s live preview, capture images, customize settings, and playback footage directly from your smartphone. The app also enables you to capture and share live streaming video with friends or colleagues, or save it for later viewing.

1. To optimize the use of your dash cam, follow these steps to connect to WiFi:

a. Download and open the JarvisCam app, and keep the dash cam turned on.

b. Connect to the device’s WiFi (Bestsee_X9_XXXXX) through your phone’s WiFi settings and enter the password 12345678 (turn off VPN, Bluetooth, and cellular data if necessary).

c. Once the connection is stable, set up the camera and app settings.

2. To utilize the dash cam’s app features, maintain a stable WiFi connection. If the connection is lost, the majority of the app’s functions will be impacted, similar to how Bluetooth works on mobile phones.

The dash cam’s normal video recording will not be impacted even if it disconnects from the WiFi connection. You can still view the recorded videos, as long as the dash cam’s power supply is normal. For additional support, Please reach us directly if any professional help is needed.

G-sensor—Emergency Lock

The built-in G-Sensor with variable sensitivity will lock the current video once it detects a sudden collision, avoiding the video being overwritten in loop recording mode. A reliable witness for accidents.

SD Card Storage

Please use a micro SD card with a rating of Class 10 or higher(32GB or more,maximum 128GB). Please format the micro SD card when using it for the first time. You can format the SD card in the app “JarvisCam”, which is very convenient.
