The invoicing functionality is ideal for any online channel seller, including on eBay. In addition to branded invoices, retailers can customize payment instructions depending on the customer or inventory. Kashoo provides easily configured templates that make designing accurate invoices simple. Kashoo also provides eBay sellers the ability to create recurring monthly invoices and integrates the corresponding potential income into Kashoo’s reporting features.

Since many eBay transactions are paid via credit or debit card, Kashoo offers plenty of credit card processing options. What Easy Auctions Tracker does provide, however, is the ability to connect directly to a seller’s eBay account and download directly into the spreadsheet. From there, the tool allows eBay sellers to track their profits at the individual item level. The spreadsheet also provides easy-to-understand, detailed summary reports and charts to provide eBay sellers a view of monthly and annual profits.

Users can quickly download all sales information for each month. It’s helpful to know that eBay stores merchant information on its servers for three months, so even a new Easy Auctions Tracker user can quickly download 90 days worth of data directly into the spreadsheet. The information collected into the spreadsheet includes detailed item information, such as the date sold, purchase price, and sales tax collected.
